24/7 Monitoring

  • Our experts monitor all security incidents generated by Cysiv Command and follow the incident handling workflow for monitoring and triaging suspicious entities.
  • They’ll also do threat hunting, investigation and incident management, which can include recommending policy or security control changes to prevent similar security incidents from arising.
24/7 Monitoring with Management

You get all of the same elements as the 24/7 Monitoring and two important additions:

  • Device Management: We will manage selected security products (software and hardware) from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm CT. This includes configuring and tuning the devices, monitoring its health and availability, applying software patches, pattern updates, and other policy changes agreed to in advance, and coordinating configuration changes to these products.   • Remediation: We will actively implement, and not simply recommend, policy or security control changes to be made in response to an incident, for the security products we are managing on your behalf.
